We are passionate about continuously painting the tennis world „yellow“, spread our brand and support the sport we love.
 
As the Netherlands Country Manager you will be responsible of managing all operations within the country. This involves ensuring the success of the store and meeting the aligned qualitative and financial targets. This position requires a strong understanding of business operations.

 

your tasks:

  • agreeing annual budgets and creating an overall business plan (e.g. additional business cases for future new stores/investment opportunities)
  • setting up & ensuring the global tennis point structure within the store and across the network of the country (e.g. ensuring online/offline content, grassroots & promotions, customer care)
  • recruit and manage a high performing team, by introducing a performance culture and driving employee engagement
  • building a network to successfully develop key sustainable partnerships (with national & regional federations, sports media providers, etc.)
  • organisation of key national events to support the growth of the market

your profile:

  • passionate tennis player with a great understanding of the dutch tennis market
  • extensive tennis network within the country, including key opinion leaders
  • strong interpersonal skills and ideally a track record of successfully managing teams
  • solid knowledge of MS Office
  • proven track record of successfully managing business units
